JOB OVERVIEW
The role involves playing a pivotal part in driving business growth and expansion by identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and managing the entire sales lifecycle. Collaboration with engineering and project management teams is essential to deliver customized solutions to clients requiring embedded hardware and software design and manufacturing services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Market Research : Research and identify new business opportunities in the embedded hardware and software design and manufacturing services industry. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to pinpoint areas of growth. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.

Sales & Client Acquisition : Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital marketing. Pitch and present the company’s embedded solutions, emphasizing their value and ROI. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close contracts to secure new business. Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers.

Client Relationship Management : Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by ensuring their needs are met and offering ongoing support. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :Work closely with internal engineering, R&D, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met. Assist with technical discussions to clearly articulate the company’s capabilities in embedded systems development and manufacturing.

Sales Reporting & Strategy : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to expand the company’s market reach.

Brand Representation : Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events. Build the company’s brand image in the market through positive client interactions and a professional sales approach.

Collaborate with customers worldwide across different time zones.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Instrumentation or related field. Masters degree is Business Management would be an added advantage

Understanding of Embedded Systems and knowledge of industries such as automotive, industrial automation, consumer electronics, medical devices, Defense and IoT is highly desirable.

Ability to lead negotiations and close deals.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner.

Willing to travel.
