The Foreman – Blade Line / Die Setting is responsible for supervising production activities, setting and maintaining dies on blade/press machines, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the production line. The role involves managing workers, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely production output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and align dies on blade line / press machines as per production requirements
- Ensure proper installation, adjustment, and calibration of dies and tools
- Supervise machine operators and production workers on the line
- Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved on time
- Maintain product quality by checking dimensions and finishing
- Troubleshoot issues related to die setting, machine performance, or production delays
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and repairs
- Ensure proper handling and storage of dies and tools
- Maintain safety standards and ensure workers follow safety guidelines
- Train and guide operators for correct machine handling and die setting procedures
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily work logs
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
