Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Building Tool.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Building Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Ability to optimize and tune data warehouse performance for large-scale datasets.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable data pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
