Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (dispatch, delivery, inventory, fleet performance, etc.)
- Maintain and update data in Excel, ERP, or internal systems
- Track logistics operations data such as shipments, rider performance, turnaround time (TAT), and costs.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and field teams to collect accurate data
- Analyze data trends and highlight gaps, delays, or inefficiencies
- Create dashboards using Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas) or other tools
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis
- Assist in process improvement and automation of reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas)
- Basic understanding of logistics / supply chain operations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
