The Role:
The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control functions across all construction projects undertaken by the company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all project deliverables comply with internal and external quality standards and specifications.
The Responsibility:
· Plan, lead, and manage QA/QC Engineers across all ongoing and upcoming projects, providing continuous guidance, mentorship, and support.
· Develop and implement detailed QA/QC plans tailored to individual project scopes and requirements.
· Review and update the Quality Management System (QMS), Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), QC Guidelines, Method Statements, and other quality-related documentation.
· Conduct daily assessments of site operations and procedures, recommending and implementing improvement actions to enhance overall quality compliance.
· Establish and manage quality systems for new construction trades and work processes.
· Plan and perform regular internal quality audits and inspections to ensure conformance to project specifications and standards.
· Conduct internal training sessions to elevate quality awareness and competency among project personnel.
· Apply in-depth understanding of quality standards and technical requirements to site activities, ensuring practical implementation.
· Foster a culture of quality excellence by obtaining buy-in from project teams for QA/QC initiatives and protocols.
· Collaborate with project, design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on all quality-related matters, managing expectations and resolving issues proactively.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including audit findings, NCRs, corrective actions, and prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review.
· Co-ordinate inspection with clients, consultants and third-party agencies.
· Ensure all material used on the projects are approved and comply with project specifications
· Review and verify material approvals, inspection reports and laboratory test results
· Participate in project progress meetings and provide regular quality performance reports.
· Maintain all QA/QC documentation, including:
§ Inspection Requests (IRs)
§ Material Inspection Reports (MIRs)
§ Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
§ Site Observation Reports (SORs)
§ Corrective & Preventive Action Reports (CAPA)
§ Test Reports, Method Statements, Material Approvals
§ Calibration Certificates, Quality Registers
§ Ensure proper documentation for audits and client submissions.
· Skills & Requirements:
Ø Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
Ø Experience: Minimum 10 years in building and/or civil engineering, preferably with at least 5 completed projects.
Ø Prior QA/QC experience is an advantage.
Ø Experience in Data Centre projects will be an added advantage.
Ø Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards, particularly ISO 9001.
Ø Certified Internal Auditor qualification is highly preferred.
Ø Familiarity with industry norms, contract specifications, and statutory requirements.
Ø Hands-on experience and technical knowledge in Structural, Architectural, and MEP works.
Ø Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
