Core Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Conduct daily tests on materials like soil compaction, concrete strength, and asphalt binder properties to ensure compliance with standards (e.g., MoRTH, IRC, or IS codes).
- Mix Design Formulation: Create and optimize the Job Mix Formula (JMF) for bituminous mixes (DBM, BC) and concrete grades.
- Plant Inspections: Supervise operations at aggregate crushers, hot mix plants, and concrete batching plants to guarantee correct material proportions and temperatures.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of test results, approve material delivery challans, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) if materials fail to meet specifications.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and third-party laboratories for regular quality audits and approvals.
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
