We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Analytics / Business Analyst Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training programs to students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for handling both theoretical and practical sessions covering Business Analytics, SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, and Business Analysis concepts.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions
* Train students in:
* Python fundamentals
* SQL and database concepts
* Business Statistics
* Advanced Excel and VBA
* Tableau and Power BI
* Agile, Scrum, and JIRA
* Business Analysis and Requirement Engineering
* Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and capstone projects
* Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments
* Support students with doubt clearing and project guidance
* Monitor student performance and maintain attendance/progress reports
* Provide industry-oriented examples and real-time case studies
* Assist students in interview preparation and career guidance
Required Skills
Strong knowledge in:
* Python
* SQL
* Excel & VBA
* Tableau / Power BI
* Agile & Scrum
* JIRA
* Business Analysis concepts
* Good presentation and communication skills
* Ability to handle both beginner and advanced learners
* Experience in training or mentoring preferred
* Knowledge of AI-assisted analytics tools is an added advantage
Educational Qualification
* Any Graduate / Post Graduate
* Certification in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis is preferred
Experience
* 1+ years of experience in Business Analytics / Business Analysis / Training
* Freshers with strong technical and communication skills can also apply

* Industry exposure in analytics or BA projects preferred
* Ability to manage classroom and online batches effectively
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
