Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Officer to lead the acquisition of business clients for the GRRO app, including handling international clients and overseas business accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales and B2B experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently close deals with both local and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business clients for the GRRO app
- Handle domestic and international client acquisition and relationship management
- Present and demonstrate the app to business owners and decision-makers through virtual and in-person meetings
- Drive sales through field visits, online meetings, follow-ups, and networking
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and business networking
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, support, and campaign execution
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably app sales, SaaS, B2B, digital marketing, or field sales)
- Experience handling international clients or overseas business communication is preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is an added advantage)
- Ability to conduct professional online meetings and client demos
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales processes is a plus

- Experience in selling digital products, SaaS platforms, or marketing services
- Good understanding of local and international business markets
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable handling clients across different time zones
