Beat Educations is seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in their academic journey by helping them choose the right courses, addressing their queries, and supporting their overall educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on course options and career paths
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student records and provide regular progress updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment processes
- Participate in seminars, educational fairs, and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education or Counseling preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Prior experience in academic counseling or education sector is a plus
