- Provide basic patient care such as bathing,feeding.
- Monitor the patient’s vital signs regularly.
- Administer medicines as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist patients with mobility and physical exercises.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the patient.
- Change dressings and care for wounds properly.
- Help elderly or disabled patients with daily activities.
- Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition.
- Support patients emotionally and mentally.
- Prepare and serve healthy meals according to dietary needs.
- Maintain medical records and nursing notes accurately.
- Ensure patient safety and prevent accidents at home.
- Educate family members about patient care procedures.
- Assist with medical equipment such as oxygen or feeding tubes.
- Accompany patients for medical check-ups if needed.
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with doctors and family members.
- Provide post-operative and palliative care when required.
- Encourage patients to follow treatment and recovery plans.
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and confidentiality in patient care.
