1.Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of hospital buildings and utilities.
- Ensure continuous functioning of HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, elevators, plumbing, and STP/WTP systems.
- Maintain medical gas pipeline systems and coordinate with vendors for compliance checks.
2. Equipment & Utility Maintenance
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain logs and documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, diesel) and implement cost-control measures.
3. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and other statutory regulations.
- Oversee fire safety systems, conduct mock drills, and coordinate inspections.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols in all maintenance activities.
4. Vendor & AMC Management
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
- Coordinate with external agencies for statutory approvals and inspections.
5. Team Management
- Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, and support staff.
- Provide technical guidance and training.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure 24/7 coverage.
6. Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare annual maintenance budgets.
- Monitor expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Submit monthly reports on maintenance performance and incidents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
