Key Responsibilities1. Logistics & Stockyard Management [1]
- Supervise vehicle unloading from transport carriers safely to prevent transit scratches or dents.
- Verify transit documentation and cross-check chassis and engine numbers against delivery invoices.
- Organise yard placement systemically to ensure quick vehicle tracking, retrieval, and inventory audits.
- Manage inter-branch transfers and coordinate the loading/dispatch of vehicles to sub-dealers.
2. Quality Assurance & Inspection
- Enforce OEM standard checklists covering mechanical, electrical, braking, and fuel systems.
- Conduct random sampling checks on completed bikes to verify fluid levels, tire pressure, and battery health.
- Identify transit damages or manufacturing defects early and initiate immediate warranty claims.
- Perform final road tests to confirm steering, suspension, and braking operate flawlessly.
3. Delivery Readiness & Detailing
- Oversee vehicle preparation including thorough washing, paint polishing, and finishing touches.
- Verify accessory fitment (e.g., crash guards, seat covers, number plates) against individual customer orders.
- Confirm toolkit inclusion alongside owner manuals and statutory documentation before handing over to sales.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Allocate daily tasks to PDI technicians, mechanics, and washing staff based on delivery schedules.
- Monitor turnaround times (TAT) to eliminate delivery delays and resolve workshop bottlenecks.
- Train technician staff on updated OEM guidelines, tool usage, and digital diagnostic systems.
- Liaise with sales and service departments to balance high-volume delivery timelines smoothly
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
