A Business Development Manager (BDM) in a clinic i responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the patient base, and establishing strategic referral networks. They bridge the gap between clinical operations and the market, focusing on patient acquisition, B2B partnerships, and target achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Drive patient footfall by promoting specific services (e.g., aesthetics, IVF, physiotherapy), converting inquiries into registrations, and meeting monthly revenue targets.
- Referral Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local general practitioners (GPs), diagnostic centers, corporate offices, and community hubs to secure a steady stream of patient referrals.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute local marketing activities, health camps, and outreach programs to increase the clinic's local market visibility.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for patients and partners, handling inquiries, addressing feedback, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and local healthcare trends to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports detailing lead conversions, ROI on marketing campaigns, and overall business growth to present to upper management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of healthcare sales, account management, or clinical marketing experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience utilizing CRM tools for maintaining client databases and sales pipelines.
- Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem, clinical services, and basic medical/wellness concepts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
