About the Role We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager to own and grow CaratBazaar's brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms
- Stay updated on social media trends, reels, algorithm changes, and viral formats
- Conceptualise and coordinate content shoots with the videographer/content team
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar tied to campaigns, launches & occasions
- Create and manage founder-led content (personal branding, behind-the-scenes, stories)
- Grow brand pages organically — followers, engagement, reach
- Track performance metrics, report insights, and optimise strategy accordingly
- Handle community management — influencer/creator collaborations
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand (jewellery/luxury/D2C preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content formats
- Experience coordinating with videographers and designers for shoots and edits
- Good aesthetic sense and copywriting skills
- Comfortable shooting and creating quick content independently when needed
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, etc.

Pay: ₹27,898.00 - ₹43,201.35 per month
