About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote HR Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and managing the recruitment process for various positions. The ideal candidate must have an active Indeed Employer Account and experience posting jobs through the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage job advertisements using your own Indeed Employer Account.
- Optimize job postings to attract qualified candidates.
- Review applications and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with the hiring team to meet recruitment goals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an active Indeed Employer Account with the ability to post jobs.
- 1+ year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
- Experience posting and managing jobs on Indeed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple job postings and prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
