We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to independently manage core HR functions for our growing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, Payroll Management, and Statutory Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Payroll processing and attendance management
- Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws)
- Employee records, HR documentation & MIS reporting
- Employee relations and grievance handling
- Performance management and training coordination
Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
✔ Expertise in Recruitment, Payroll & Compliance
✔ Experience in construction/engineering industry preferred
✔ Working knowledge of HRMS/payroll systems, Advanced Excel, and HR MIS/reporting.
