Position: HR Executive – Payroll, Compliance & Recruitment
Job Responsibilities
Payroll processing and salary administration
Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Bonus, etc.)
Employee attendance and leave management
Manpower planning and recruitment activities
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Employee onboarding and documentation
Maintaining HR records and reports
Coordination with management and department heads
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in Payroll, Compliance, and Recruitment
Knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Law Compliance
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)
