Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Bills as per BOQ and approved drawings.
- Quantity measurement from GFC/IFC drawings and site measurements.
- Coordination with site engineers for measurement sheets and work progress updates.
- Preparation of client billing, bill certification, and reconciliation statements.
- Handling variation orders, extra item billing, and deviation statements.
- Maintaining records of billing documents, certifications, approvals, and project-related documentation.
- Assisting in cost control, budget monitoring, and material reconciliation activities.
- Coordinating with Planning, Accounts, and Contracts teams for timely billing closure.
- Ensuring billing activities are executed as per contract terms and project timelines.
- Managing billing documentation and compliance requirements for Government projects.
- Coordinating with Government authorities, consultants, and clients for bill verification and approvals.
- Preparing and submitting bills in accordance with Government contract conditions and standard procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Take-Off (QTO), and Rate Analysis.
- Experience in RA Billing, Final Billing, Client Billing, and Subcontractor Billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of contract conditions, billing procedures, and project documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet billing deadlines.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Billing Engineer.
- Mandatory experience in Government Residential and Commercial Building Projects.
- Hands-on experience in quantity surveying, billing, reconciliation, and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of Government billing procedures and compliance requirements.
Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
