Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Mortgage Processing
- Good understanding of the end-to-end mortgage process
- Experience handling mortgage loan documents and loan files
- Familiarity with mortgage software such as Encompass, Calyx Point, or LendingQB
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process mortgage loan applications
- Verify and maintain loan documents
- Coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, and lenders
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of loan files
- Track loan status and support timely closures
- Maintain proper records and documentation
