Role Overview
We are looking for an Executive – Operations (BTS) to manage cab bookings, vendor coordination, client communication, and day-to-day transport operations while ensuring smooth service delivery and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client calls and manage cab/car bookings through the online portal.
- Allocate trips to vendors and ensure timely confirmations.
- Coordinate with drivers for pre-trip readiness and dispatch.
- Update trip and dispatch details in the system.
- Ensure SLA/TAT adherence across all operational activities.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with vendor management and internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely system updates.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Prior experience in Mobility, Transportation, Car Rental, BPO, or related industries will be preferred.

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Hospitality background candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in Mobility, Transportation, Car Rental, BPO, or Customer Service Operations will be preferred.
