Purpose of the Position:
To supervise and manage sanitation operations, ensure cleanliness standards are maintained, coordinate manpower deployment, and ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily sanitation activities.
- Ensure timely execution of cleaning and sanitation work as per project requirements.
- Monitor cleanliness standards at assigned locations.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
2. Manpower Management
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate work among supervisors and sanitation workers.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of employees.
- Conduct daily briefings and provide operational instructions.
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
3. Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding sanitation services.
- Attend client meetings and address service-related concerns.
- Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and feedback.
4. Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation SOPs and quality standards.
- Maintain records of inspections and corrective actions taken.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.
6. Inventory & Asset Management
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables.
- Ensure proper maintenance and usage of cleaning equipment and machinery.
- Submit material requisitions as required.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain attendance records, deployment reports, and daily work reports.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain statutory and contractual compliance records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Knowledge of sanitation operations and facility management.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sanitation, housekeeping, waste management, or facility management projects.
- Experience in handling large manpower teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
