This is a B2B client acquisition role within the HR and recruitment ecosystem, focused on building relationships with companies and helping them meet their hiring requirements. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential corporate clients with hiring requirements. Connect with HR Heads, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams and decision-makers. Generate and manage B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls and other professional channels. Understand client hiring requirements and present suitable recruitment/staffing solutions. Build and maintain long-term corporate partnerships. Negotiate commercial terms and support client onboarding. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfil client requirements. Maintain CRM/Excel records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and client requirements. Achieve monthly client acquisition and business development targets. Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience. Experience in B2B client acquisition, business development, recruitment/staffing, corporate partnerships or employer relations is preferred. Strong understanding of the HR/recruitment ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Comfortable working with targets and managing corporate clients. Good knowledge of MS Excel, email and LinkedIn. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
