Job Summary:
- We are looking for a Field Service Engineer (Commissioning & Testing) who will be responsible for commissioning and testing new products and improving existing products.
- To be successful as a Field Service Engineer, you should have engineering and design knowledge, solid knowledge of the prototype design process, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ultimately, a good product developer should be highly innovative, possess the ability to problem-solve, and work well within a team
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and Testing on site.
- Responding to customer complaints and resolving problems with the equipment.
- Installing, repairing, testing, and maintaining equipment.
- Providing customer training, feedback, and reports on the product.
- Developing and maintaining relations with customers.
- Analyzing and reviewing findings to determine the solution to the problem.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation engineering or industrial design.
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation engineering or industrial design.
Experience:
- Proven working experience of at least 2 years as a service engineer.
Required Skills and Capabilities:
- Have exposure in any language i.e. Java, SQL, Python, Modus, SCADA, TCP/IP.
- Be comfortable using Windows.
- Be comfortable using PCB design software (Altium or Autodesk).
- Be comfortable using design software (SOLIDWORKS or Autodesk).
- Be comfortable using MS Office.
- Work well within a team.
- Creative and innovative thinking skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
Location: Thane
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Willing to work Pan India (When needed)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,857.08 - ₹34,781.98 per month
