Job Title: IT Manager (Hardware)
Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi NCR
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager (Hardware) to oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware systems, network support, and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computer hardware, servers, printers, CCTV systems, and networking equipment.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system-related issues.
- Coordinate hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and AMC contracts.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Support branch/outlet IT operations and user requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT hardware and network management.
- Experience in managing multi-location offices/outlets will be preferred.
- Good problem-solving and team management skills.
Experience in FMCG, Retail Chain, or Multi-Outlet Operations will be preferred.
