Role:
Responsible for managing HR operations along with basic financial control and reporting to ensure smooth company functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, attendance, and employee performance tracking
Maintain payroll, salary processing, and staff records
Manage daily expenses, billing, and payment tracking
Assist in quotation, invoicing, and basic accounts management
Monitor project-wise expenses and report to management
Ensure discipline, compliance, and proper documentation
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HR and accounting
Good in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong coordination and record-keeping skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
