Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate should have strong experience in labour management, execution of civil works, reading construction drawings, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per quality standards. Prior experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Manage and allocate work to labour teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret construction drawings for execution.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for daily work planning.
- Monitor work progress and ensure project timelines are achieved.
- Maintain daily labour attendance and productivity records.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of construction materials.
- Coordinate with the store team for material requirements.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations and PPE usage.
- Identify site issues and resolve them in coordination with the engineering team
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of civil construction activities.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Excellent labour and subcontractor management skills.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, masonry, reinforcement, and structural works
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
