Role Overview
Flicka Cosmetics is seeking an experienced and creative PR Manager to lead brand communications, media relations, and integrated brand campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in planning and executing high-impact PR and brand-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance brand visibility, credibility, and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, editors, publications, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead brand communication initiatives, product launches, press conferences, media events, and brand activations.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative PR and brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end execution of on-ground marketing and PR campaigns, ensuring smooth implementation across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with vendors, event agencies, fabrication partners, production houses, gifting partners, and other service providers for campaign execution.
- Handle vendor negotiations, budgeting, timelines, logistics, permissions, and operational requirements.
- Generate media coverage opportunities and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all communication channels.
- Prepare press releases, media notes, brand communication materials, campaign briefs, and presentations.
- Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and PR outcomes, and prepare detailed reports and insights.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Identify strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and brand visibility opportunities.
- Manage and mentor the PR team, ensuring effective execution, accountability, and professional growth.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required.
- Stay updated with beauty industry trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and media developments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Public Relations, Brand Communications, or Brand Marketing, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion, Lifestyle, or FMCG.
- Strong media network and understanding of PR best practices.
- Proven experience in executing large-scale brand campaigns, product launches, events, and activations.
- Strong vendor management and on-ground execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop unique campaign concepts and PR ideas.
- Experience managing teams, agencies, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
