We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer to join our real estate and construction company. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property presentations and site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for real estate sales. The role also involves maintaining long-term customer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets while representing the company professionally.
- Generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, field activities, and marketing campaigns
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients
- Handle walk-in customers and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams for lead management and client servicing
- Assist clients with booking procedures, documentation, and payment processes
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
