- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, and regional specialties.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation as per brand standards.
- Assist senior chefs (DCDP/CDP) in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients.
- Follow SOPs for food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Minimize wastage and maintain cost control practices.
- Support in training junior kitchen staff when required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
