We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Hotel Receptionist with prior hotel industry experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle room reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Manage phone calls, emails, and OTA bookings
- Maintain guest records, billing, and payment processing
- Ensure smooth front office operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints politely and professionally
- Maintain proper grooming and front office standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in hotel front office/reception
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of PMS, OTA handling, and basic computer operations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Preferred Skills:
- Multitasking and problem-solving ability
- Team coordination and guest relation skills
- Experience in hospitality operations preferred

Pay: ₹8,455.43 - ₹15,000.00 per month
