We are looking for a compassionate and articulate Telecounsellor fluent in regional languages to provide guidance, support, and information to clients over phone calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers or clients.
- Provide counselling, guidance, or information in the assigned regional language(s).
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions or support.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy and confidentiality.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams when escalation is required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in at least one regional language (e.g., Assamese, Boro , Karbi, etc.) along with basic English.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and patient during difficult conversations.
- Basic computer knowledge .
- Freshers are welcome , prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer support is preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
