Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined turnaround time. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
