- Classroom Instruction: Conduct engaging lectures, practical's (for subjects like Science), and interactive activities.
- Assessments & Evaluation: Create question papers, conduct periodic tests, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to boost academic performance.
- Student Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed records of student attendance and grades, preparing analyses for Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Remedial Classes: Identify struggling students and conduct extra classes to help them catch up with the rest of the class.
- Co-curricular Involvement: Guide students in subject-based competitions, school assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
