About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated PGT Teachers to deliver high-quality instruction for our NEET/JEE Foundation Program. The candidate will be responsible for building strong conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students from Grades 6 to 10, preparing them for future competitive examinations. NEET/JEE foundation faculty are typically expected to deliver concept-based teaching, prepare assessments, monitor student progress, and mentor learners toward academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions in the assigned subject (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology).
- Teach concepts aligned with CBSE and NEET/JEE Foundation curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, MCQs, and assessment materials.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Build strong conceptual clarity and analytical problem-solving abilities among students.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic mentoring.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Participate in parent interactions, academic reviews, and faculty meetings.
- Use digital tools, smart boards, and technology-enabled teaching methods.
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with NEET/JEE examination trends and foundation-level teaching methodologies.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc./M.A.) in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may apply.
- Prior teaching experience in CBSE schools, foundation programs, or competitive exam coaching will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong subject expertise and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for school students.
- Student-centric and result-oriented approach.
- Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital teaching platforms.
