Full job description

Experience - 4-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement ITOM modules in ServiceNow including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence
Conduct requirement analysis and work with stakeholders to design solutions that align with business needs
Develop and maintain CMDB health by ensuring proper CI class relationships and data integrity
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications/tools as needed for ITOM use cases
Configure MID servers, probes, sensors, patterns, and credentials
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ITOM implementations and CMDB integrations
Provide operational support and continuous improvement for ITOM features and functionality
Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, test cases, and end-user guides

Job Requirements:

4–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including core modules
Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in ITOM implementation and support
CIS-ITOM certification is mandatory
Strong experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and configuration item lifecycle
Experience with cloud and on-prem infrastructure discovery
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) within the ServiceNow environment
Familiarity with Event Management tools and integrations

Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years
Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology / Bachelor in Computer Applications / Bachelor of Science / Master of Computer Applications
Job Location : Delhi / Hybrid

Nice-To-Have-Skills:

Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or ITAM
Knowledge of networking concepts, data centers, and virtualization
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
