- Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to align with business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP for Utilities Billing applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
