Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver creative, engaging lessons following NEP guideline
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom that supports a range of learning styles and needs
- Assess and document each child’s progress, adapting instruction based on individual development
- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic educational experience
- Participate actively in school meetings, workshops, and community events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching at the primary level
- Commitment to alternative or progressive teaching approaches
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education
