TELECALLER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Telecaller (B2B Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to businesses across various industries to promote our Exhibition Stall Designing and Fabrication Services. Your primary focus will be generating qualified leads, introducing our customized exhibition solutions, understanding client requirements, and scheduling appointments for our design team to present 3D stall concepts.
This is a Business-to-Business (B2B) telemarketing role where you will interact with decision-makers such as Marketing Managers, Business Owners, and Procurement Teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, a professional attitude, and the confidence to build lasting client relationships over the phone
REPONSIBILITY:
Contact businesses to introduce our stall design and fabrication services.
Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
Schedule appointments for 3D stall design presentations.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
