Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for Gold Loans and other retail loan products.
- Conduct accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company guidelines.
- Source new customers through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
- Manage the complete loan process from sourcing to disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
- Handle branch-level loan operations and portfolio management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Gold Loan: 1 year (Preferred)
