We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee daily workflow across production, logistics, and factory operations. In this role, you will act as the operational bridge connecting sales, sampling, production teams, and external transport partners. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily factory operations, tracking production outputs, and driving timely dispatches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sampling & Production Coordination
- Serve as the central communication hub between sales, product development, and production teams to keep order timelines on track.
- Monitor order progress from sample development to bulk manufacturing, ensuring daily targets are met.
- Collect, compile, and analyze Daily Production Reports (DPR) from both the dyeing and stitching departments to identify bottlenecks and maintain productivity.
2. Logistics & Dispatch Management
- Coordinate external dispatches with transport companies, logistics partners, and local couriers.
- Track outbound shipments until safe delivery and keep sales/clients informed on delivery schedules.
3. Day-to-Day Factory Operations
- Oversee floor discipline, material handling, and floor-level workflow efficiency within the factory.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day administrative or operational issues across various factory departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years of operational/coordination experience within a manufacturing or textile unit.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to coordinate across cross-functional internal teams and manage external transport vendors.
- Reporting & Analytical Skills: Strong command over MS Excel / Google Sheets to manage daily production reporting, dispatch tracking, and data entry.
- Problem-Solving: Highly organized with the ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and resolve operational delays quickly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
