Position: Sales Executive
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Handling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and develop prospective customers.
- Visit customers regularly to promote company products and services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports and sales activity reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order conversions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities as required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
