KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Define and enforce group brand guidelines across all subsidiaries and touchpoints
- Develop individual sub-brand positioning for Ascent, Hexamicro, Azcentrix, and Urban Recyclers
- Create brand narratives that connect the group's technology, sustainability, and service story
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Own SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing calendars across brands
- Drive inbound lead generation for Azcentrix (SaaS) and Urban Recyclers (B2C) and Hexamicro (Manufacturing)
- Manage LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta campaigns with clear ROAS targets
- Build and maintain the group's online properties — websites, landing pages, product pages
B2B Marketing & Events
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise and government clients
- Represent group brands at trade shows, IT events, and government expos
- Coordinate PR, media coverage, and analyst relationships for group entities
Marketing Operations
- Manage the marketing budget, agency relationships, and vendor contracts
- Track and report MQL, SQL, CAC, and conversion metrics monthly
- Collaborate closely with sales heads of each subsidiary to align campaigns to pipeline
EXPERIENCE
- 8–14 years in B2B/B2C marketing, preferably in IT products, SaaS, or electronics
- Proven track record of building brand presence and driving demand generation
- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-product portfolios
- Tamil Nadu market knowledge is a strong advantage; government sector exposure is a plus
SKILLS
- Digital marketing — SEO, SEM, Meta, LinkedIn Ads
- Content marketing, copywriting, and brand storytelling
- Marketing analytics — Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM/MAT
- Event planning, PR coordination, and media outreach
Tamil and English — written and verbal
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
