Team Closures
- ₹1,500 per successful Voice candidate joining from your team
- ₹1,000 per successful Non-Voice candidate joining from your team
Individual Closures
- ₹3,000 / ₹2,000 / ₹1,000 per successful candidate joining, based on the process
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of BPO recruitment experience
- Prior experience in recruiter team handling
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible
- Ability to manage recruiters, maintain productivity, and achieve hiring targets
