Job Title: Architect
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional and aesthetically appealing residential and commercial spaces. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring projects are executed according to design, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning.
- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and presentations using SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar software.
- Prepare working drawings and construction details.
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
- Resolve design and execution issues during construction.
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Review material selections and recommend suitable finishes.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Deliver projects within the approved budget and timeline.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Experience:
- 1–2 years (Candidates with more than 2 years of experience are also preferred)
Salary:
- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month for 1–2 years experience
- Salary for candidates with more than 2 years of experience will be offered based on their experience and skills
Work Timings (Shifts):( OMR marina Mall)
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Location:
Nungambakkam - Work Timings ( 10AM - 7PM)
Anna nagar Branch - Work Timings (11AM- 8PM)
OMR-Marina Mall,Chennai- 603103 - ( Two Shifts)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
