8–10 years of strong hands‑on experience in Core Java, Advanced Java, and enterprise-grade backend development.
- Expertise in Spring ecosystem including Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.
- Strong experience with Hibernate / JPA, ORM performance tuning, lazy loading, caching, and transaction management.
- Experience integrating Java applications with RESTful APIs, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and external services.
- Ability to perform code reviews, improve code quality, and mentor junior developers.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
