This position for our vendor HR implant.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Process accurate and timely end-to-end payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) including base pay, bonuses, and overtime.
- Statutory Compliance: Calculate and manage tax withholdings and ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
- Data Management: Verify timesheets, track leaves/absences, and maintain accurate employee records in payroll or HR software.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to investigate and resolve compensation or deduction issues.
- Reporting: Generate standard payroll reports, financial summaries, and tax returns for management and regulatory authorities.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Analytical Skills: High degree of numerical accuracy with an ability to spot anomalies in payroll data.
- Confidentiality: Strict adherence to data privacy laws and the ability to manage highly sensitive employee compensation data with discretion.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate across Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, or a similar finance role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
