Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about our language and career programs.
- Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing excellent guidance.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience (preferred).
