Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and messages.
- Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow company communication and customer-service guidelines.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to communicate in English ,Kannada,Tamil,Malayalam knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
