Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Kurla, Mumbai - Maharashtra
Reporting To: HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
Job Summary
The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment, employee documentation, coordination, employee records, and HR activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with employees and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, training sessions, and other team activities.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee personal details, records, and HR databases.
- Ensure timely collection, verification, and filing of required employee documents.
- Assist in payroll activities, including attendance and leave data verification, preparation of payroll inputs, and coordination for timely payroll processing.
- Support preparation of HR reports, MIS, employee lists, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, events, and HR initiatives.
- Support HR activities such as training coordination, employee communication, policy implementation, and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist with routine employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and organized workplace environment.
- Assist with other HR operational and administrative activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employees and organizational information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in recruitment and HR operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
