JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES EXECUTIVE
ROLE OBJECTIVE
We are looking for an aggressive, high-energy Sales Executive to manage face-to-face customer interactions and close deals. He / She will take qualified prospects from Pre-Sales, lead them through site visits, present product value, handle objections and drive them to bookings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct high-impact, in-person product presentations and property site visits for incoming prospects.
- Build deep relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and mapping them perfectly to our offerings.
- Confidently handle buyer objections, pricing discussions, and payment structures using simple, direct language.
- Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales closing targets to feed into the overall targets.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of direct sales experience, with a stellar track record of closing high-value consumer deals.
- Exceptional spoken communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High resilience, a positive attitude, and a relentless drive to chase down and exceed financial incentives.
- Uses mobile speech-to-text notes right after a site tour to capture the exact psychographic preferences of the client into the system instantly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to match customer site visit preferences.
